United Nations Youth Association Tunisia (UNYAT)

Definition:

The Tunisian Association of young of United Nations has a cultural nature aimed at strengthening the national effort to engage in the philosophy of the organization by identifying its distinct contributions to the global level.

And as the proposal of Tunisia to the United Nations made 2010 an International Year of Youth, the association would reflect the high level of consciousness and progress that characterizes the young Tunisian, although the success of the Tunisian education system since change to train a generation of educated young, full of national values and loyalty to Tunisia and open to cognitive development.

Our Objectives:

• To inform young Tunisians about the benefits of the UN organization.
• To sensitize youth people about the importance of global challenges that humanity is facing such as climate change, world peace, epidemics and natural disasters.

Proposed Activities:

* Organizing a series of seminars and scientific meetings to present the UN structure and its fields of activity.

* Train and educate youth in the areas of activities and various agencies of the United Nations.

* Organizing a series of seminars and scientific meetings to present the UN structure and its fields of activity.

* Train and educate youth in the areas of activities and various agencies of the United Nations.

* To prepare studies on the role of youth in activating the interference field of the various United Nations agencies.
