Training, Information, Action
Club UNESCO Lafayette is a new Tunisian association (15/04/2011). The function of our Club may be summed up in three words: training, information, action.
Vision/ Mission
The aims of our UNESCO Club may be summarized as follows: - To promote international understanding, cooperation and world peace through a better knowledge of different national cultures and awareness of what constitutes the cultural heritage of mankind; - To contribute to the training in democracy of our members and particularly of young people, through practical studies dealing with questions posed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; - To inculcate tolerance and to adopt an objective approaches in the search for truth trough the study of major world problems; - To participate in economic and social development.
